On August 22–23, 2025, the third seminar of the “School of Myology” project was held in Semey, dedicated to the early diagnosis and management of patients with neuromuscular disorders. The event took place at the University Hospital and brought together pediatric neurologists, geneticists, and related specialists from across Kazakhstan.
The seminar program covered modern approaches to diagnosis and patient care pathways, genetic counseling, differential diagnosis of the “floppy infant” syndrome, as well as methods of multidisciplinary follow-up. A significant part of the seminar was devoted to practical training for regional doctors, allowing participants to strengthen their professional skills.
The “School of Myology” continues a series of educational initiatives aimed at improving specialist qualifications and enhancing the system of early detection and prevention of neurological disability in children.
