In May 2025, the 10th Annual ECLip Symposium (European Consortium of Lipodystrophies) took place in Paris, bringing together leading specialists in the field of lipodystrophies from around the world. The event was held on May 20–21 at Sorbonne University and was organized by Dr. Corinne Vigouroux and Dr. Camille Vatier.
Thanks to the support of Pharm&Access, a group of doctors from Kazakhstan had the opportunity to participate in this important international event. Pharm&Access, known for its commitment to advancing medical education and scientific collaboration, sponsored the trip and participation of the specialists. During the symposium, attendees discussed the latest developments in the diagnosis, genetics, and treatment of lipodystrophies, exchanged clinical experience, and established professional connections with international colleagues. Special focus was placed on metabolic disorders and innovative approaches to managing rare diseases.
Participation in ECLip 2025 marked a significant step in the professional development of Kazakhstani physicians and opened new doors for scientific cooperation.
