An outreach conference on the diagnosis of rare diseases was held at Regional Multidisciplinary Children's Hospital.

The event brought together hospital and outpatient clinic physicians, including ENT specialists audiologists, pediatricians, neurologists. and general practitioners. Presentations on alpha-mannosidosis and lipodystrophy were delivered, covering key symptoms of rare diseases, patient pathways, and laboratory diagnostics opportunities.

Participants were also introduced to the rare disease hotline and modern approaches to early patient identification. The conference became an important platform for professional knowledge exchange and raising awareness of rare diseases among healthcare professionals.
